1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using NET Marketing Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NET Marketing Studio is an AI-powered content generation platform. You provide inputs (transcripts, notes, media files) and the Service generates multi-channel marketing content including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, image prompts, and video scripts.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Generate spam, misleading content, or content designed to deceive
• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Attempt to bypass usage quotas or rate limits
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws

6. Service Quotas

The Service enforces monthly usage quotas including limits on content runs, transcription minutes, image generations, and redrafts. Current quota limits are displayed in the application. We reserve the right to adjust quotas with reasonable notice.

7. AI Disclaimer

Content is generated using artificial intelligence (OpenAI). While we implement quality controls and anti-slop filtering, AI-generated content may:

• Contain factual inaccuracies or hallucinations
• Not perfectly match your intended tone or message
• Require human review and editing before publication
• Occasionally produce repetitive or formulaic output

The Service provides tools for review, approval, and redrafting to help you refine generated content.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party providers (OpenAI, Supabase, Cloudflare, Clerk) and may be affected by their availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party service outages.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NET Marketing Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NET Marketing Studio from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
