Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials through our auth provider (Clerk). We do not store passwords directly.

Content You Provide

We collect and process the content you upload, including transcripts, notes, extra context, links, images, and audio/video files. This content is used solely to generate your requested outputs.

Generated Content

We store the AI-generated outputs (posts, blogs, newsletters, images, video scripts) associated with your account for your access and management.

Usage Data

We track quota usage (number of runs, transcription minutes, images generated, redrafts used) to enforce service limits.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To generate AI-powered content based on your inputs
  • To store and manage your brand profiles and generated content
  • To enforce usage quotas and service limits
  • To improve our service and fix bugs
  • To communicate important service updates

4. AI Processing

Your content is processed using OpenAI's API to generate outputs. Content sent to OpenAI is subject to OpenAI's privacy policy. We do not use your content to train AI models. Your inputs and outputs are not shared with other users.

5. Data Storage & Security

Database

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies ensuring you can only access your own data.

File Storage

Uploaded files and generated exports are stored in Cloudflare R2 with signed URLs for secure access. Raw uploads are automatically deleted after their expiration period.

Authentication

Authentication is handled by Clerk, a SOC 2 compliant auth provider. We never store or have access to your passwords.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Optional analytics cookies may be used to understand service usage patterns. You can manage cookie preferences via the cookie consent banner.

7. Data Retention

Your account data and generated content are retained as long as your account is active. Raw uploaded media files are automatically cleaned up after their expiration period. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
